Valentine’s day nail art tutorial : Hearts and Dots

This was my nail art for Valentine’s Day.  All it took was two nail polish shades (red and light pink) and a bobby pin.

First I painted my nails with the light pink shade:

Then I drew some hearts using the tip of a bobby pin:

Then I used red to paint the tips of my nails.  I have shaky hands so I used scotch tape to guide me.

(My only mistake was I should have done the tips first before painting the hearts.  When I peeled the tape off after painting the tips, some parts of the red hearts came with it T__T  It’s not that obvious in photos, but you can see it clearly IRL.)

 Finally I used the bobby pin again to add the dots:

Ta-dah!  All done
